Virtual Development of a High-Performance Electric machine from Concept to Validation
The development of electric machines has evolved significantly in recent years due to ever increasing performance requirements such as efficiency, power density, cost, and noise. To achieve these performance goals a comprehensive virtual development and simulation workflow needs to be employed. In this presentation we will present the design of an electric machine for an automotive traction application from an initial specification, through multi-physics analysis and optimization to virtual validation. This will showcase the latest class leading simulation technology and methods that are utilised by customers worldwide in the development of cutting-edge electric machines and demonstrate best practice in the use of various design and simulation technologies throughout the development lifecycle.
In this webcast attendees will learn about the cutting edge of virtual development for electric machines, this includes multi-physics analysis, automated design space exploration and multi-fidelity modelling techniques spanning the entire development cycle.
Any burning questions? You’ll have the opportunity to ask them in a Q&A session after the webinar.
